Introduction Problematic substance use is rising, and other mental health conditions like anxiety depression correlate with abuse. Diverse interventions to reduce this effect are emerging. Supportive text messages offer the prospect of improving symptoms drug misuse associated comorbidities. Objectives The study aims evaluate impact Text4Hope-Addiction program in mitigating craving, anxiety, subscribers. Methods Individuals self-subscribe Text4Hope Addiction by texting “Open2Change” 393939 receive daily addiction-related for three months. Subscribers invited via message complete online questionnaires which assess cravings, depressive using Brief Substance Craving Scale, Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 Patient Health Questionnaire-9 on subscription (baseline), six weeks Data were analyzed SPSS version 25 descriptive inferential statistics.
